3.2 Single Account Rule. Each natural person may maintain only one (1) registered Account on bn55. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings, including real money deposits in excess of bonus funds received.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your Account details if they change. bn55 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is determined to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.4 Prohibited Territories. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering with bn55. 4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bn55 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify bn55 immediately via [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, or if your registered mobile number or associated payment method has been compromised. bn55 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Account holder's negligence contributed to the breach.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant by bn55. Dormant Account balances may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached, deducted from the remaining real money balance. bn55 will notify you via SMS before applying any inactivity fee.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your bn55 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any Bonus Funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
5.1 Deposit Methods. bn55 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, GrabPay, and Retail OTC channels. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; the standard minimum is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and Rs 500 for bank transfers. bn55 does not charge fees on deposits via Pakistani payment methods.
5.2 Deposit Responsibility. Funds deposited to your bn55 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared family accounts where the registered name differs from your bn55 Account name — may be declined or held pending KYC review. bn55 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect deposit details entered by the Player.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. bn55 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa for amounts below Rs 100,000. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are targeted for processing within 15–60 minutes during operational hours. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or when KYC review is required.
5.4 KYC for Withdrawals. Withdrawals of Rs 10,000 or above require completion of bn55's standard KYC process, which includes submission of a valid CNIC or passport copy. bn55 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Withdrawal processing will be held pending receipt and verification of required KYC documents.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits at bn55 are Rs 200,000 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and Rs 500,000 for bank transfers. Higher limits may be available to VIP-tier Account holders. Withdrawals of amounts exceeding standard limits require prior approval from the bn55 Finance team and may take up to two business days to process.
6.1 General Bonus Policy. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload credits, and other promotional benefits offered by bn55 are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these General Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms govern.
6.2 Eligibility. Promotional bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Eligibility conditions for each promotion are detailed in the promotion's specific terms. bn55 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion, including where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.
6.3 Welcome Bonus. The bn55 Welcome Bonus is available to new Players making their first deposit of Rs 500 or more. The bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to Rs 10,000 in bonus credit. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20× the combined deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn.
6.4 Wagering Requirements — General. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, all bonus credit at bn55 carries a wagering requirement of between 15× and 35× the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms. Free spin winnings carry a standard 20× wagering requirement.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. The following constitute bonus abuse at bn55 and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension: (a) registering multiple Accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; (b) coordinated play with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially; (c) placing low-risk bets specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation in the game; (d) withdrawing a deposit before completing the associated bonus wagering requirement where the deposit and bonus were linked.
7.1 Game Integrity. 7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication interruption during play, bn55 reserves the right to void any bet affected by the malfunction and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. bn55 will not honour payouts resulting from clearly erroneous odds or game malfunctions, regardless of whether the error was the fault of bn55 or a third-party game provider.
7.5 Disputed Results. If a Player disputes the outcome of any game or bet, the dispute must be raised with bn55 customer support within seven (7) calendar days of the contested event. bn55's internal review decision is final subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 14.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn55 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn55's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, a Player Account, or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player to their bn55 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 bn55 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bn55 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
12.3 bn55 shall not be liable for losses arising from: (a) temporary Platform unavailability or maintenance; (b) loss of data due to technical failures outside bn55's reasonable control; (c) fraudulent access to a Player's Account where the Player's negligence contributed to the breach; (d) changes in applicable law that affect a Player's ability to use the Platform; or (e) force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or failure of Pakistan's telecommunications infrastructure.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bn55's liability for death or personal injury caused by bn55's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 Termination by Player. A Player may close their bn55 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure will be processed within 48 hours of a confirmed written request. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's registered payment method after account closure.
13.2 Termination by bn55. bn55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account with or without prior notice where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (c) the Player's continued access poses a regulatory risk to bn55; or (d) bn55 is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or applicable law.
13.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach. Where bn55 terminates an Account due to the Player's breach of these Terms, bn55 reserves the right to: (a) forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings; (b) withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; and (c) retain real money balances where the breach involved fraud or criminal activity, subject to applicable legal requirements. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
14.1 Internal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of bn55, you must first contact the bn55 customer support team via [email protected] or the in-platform live chat. Please include your Account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. bn55 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to bn55's senior compliance team by formally requesting escalation in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Escalation Request". The senior compliance team will review and respond within ten (10) business days of receiving your escalation.
14.3 bn55 Decision. In matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus interpretation, the decision of bn55's internal review team is final and binding, subject only to demonstrable computational error or manifest injustice. bn55 does not accept third-party arbitration demands for individual game outcome disputes.
